Tips for Seniors

Do you have any good advice or tips for seniors?
If I had to decide what the most important tip for someone who is senior, like myself, I would say"

Keep up with technology (if you don't understand something, learn)...you need this...

I like this tip.

Dont overdo it with the stories of How it was when you were young. Young people have already deleted the previous century.
