Good morning Monday

Good morning all, cooler and fresher here after yesterday's very thankful deluge. A drier forecast for today and a cooler forecast for the week which will be a bit of relief from the blistering heat of late.

It is Mrs B's birthday today so I will take on some of her Monday jobs then treat her to lunch down the pub, what does that advert say "because she's worth it".

A strange sky this morning, low fast moving grey and reddish clouds, but the air is still and no birds.

Good morning everyone,

I have a skip - for garden rubbish - arriving this morning - that'll wake the neighbours up!

This afternoon I am going to a talk by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance people - don't think they will bring a 'copter though - the hall is not big enough!

Actually - I am also on part time Westie Watch again - although her owner is home she (owner) hurt her leg somehow while away and is struggling to walk. So I am duty dog walker for a while.

Good morning everyone a strange morning with low cloud masking the hills. What rain we had has quickly been soaked up also indicated by the fact there is no more water in the stream than there was before the rain. It looks like that's our lot for now.

I want to wash the walls in the kitchen while it is a bit cooler also clean the windows.

Nothing much planned for me today it's drizzling with rain here but hopefully the sun will make an entrance soon

I might take a trip to Harrogate for some retail therapy.
