Noisy Day

It has been very noisy here today, my next door neighbours youngest g/son is 21 & they have had a BBQ for him ,as he & his girl friend live here with G/dad.His brothers their wives/ girl friends & several children, plus his parents were all here .Bobby has been fairly good, barked a bit earlier & refused to come back when called ,so was shut indoors for 15 mins.Since then he has been laying in the garden with son or I .He normally likes to lay in the garden till bed time, but as there are still several people out there we cant trust him not to bark & its too dark to sit out there.I will let him out just before Im ready for bed

Re: Noisy Day

In our neighbourhood, all the kids grew up at the same time, but, the lady next door split from her husband 15 or so years ago, she met a new bloke, and had a couple of kids, so we got round two, now the are grand kids from the first generation of kids coupled with the current kids of a weekend, good job silence isn't golden.

The only noise we get is too much traffic on a busy main road.

It's just so awkward, living in a society.

Re: Noisy Day

Its been totally the opposite for me.
I woke up at 7:45 this evening after having a little sleep this afternoon as I became so tired. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it was.
Even though I live on a main road about 10 minutes walk from the town centre it really was very quiet to the point I went on my dodgy failing tablet and my iffy BT internet to find out if something major was happening.
