Without a sense of humour one is really up the creek without a paddle.

I laugh and smile a lot. Laughter is good for the soul and it relieves stress. Anything that helps us through stressful things in life can only be a good thing. I choose to be a laugher rather than a frowner, laughter can be contagious.

Children seem to laugh so much more than adults.

Re: How important is!

Ask yourself "Why do I always feel better when I laugh or smile"
The answer to that tells us that we should all have a sense of humour, and use it often!

A good sense of humour helps you get through life itself. Laugh at life’s downfalls and that goes a long way to getting you through them.

I didn’t have a particilarly good childhood but I did inherit my father’s sense of humour and that has helped me no end
