https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-44681564I can't say my heart bleeds for them. There are probably some decent estate agents out there, but our experience of them hasn't been good to say the least.
When selling our previous property, which took two years, we weren't impressed with the ones we employed. In the end I was so desperate to get rid of the property, as it was getting far too much for me to cope with, I took matters into my own hands. I sold it to a property company in 2012, yes we lost about thousands of £s on the deal, but we still got a considerable amount more than we paid for it in 1997.

I can believe it .... the property market ain't what it used to be like. It's lean pickings.I can't say I'm too impressed with their service either.
Last week I nearly asked mine if they'd give me a job as they are so dozy.

Houses here are flying, selling within weeks. Our neighbours son and future wife are struggling to find a house in their price bracket as what starts as a good price soon rocketsWe have a good relationship with our estate agent, he looked after us when we bought over here and we keep in touch socially and professionally
