Warm and sticky here already - due to be slightly cooler than yesterday over all - 'they' say!

Have the hosepipe bans started yet?

Will have to make some attempt at housework - friends arriving about 10am.

Warm and sticky here too tabby no sunshine as yet but I'm sure that will change.

I had a lovely lunch with Polly yesterday lovely to be able to sit out in the sunshine and have lunch. No plans as yet for today... Have a good day all

More painting at my mum's house today, and I think I'll be trying out the new village chippy for lunch.

Nice and sunny here again.
I'm not back at work now until next Wednesday night, looking forward to this extended weekend. Babysitting tonight.

Good morning all.

They did mention Hose Ban on the early news this morning, they said for all of us to have a short Shower instead of a bath, well that's no good for us, we don't have a Shower, and I love my Bath.

Its hot and sunny already, couldn't sleep with the heat last night.

Good morning all a restless night with the heat even though the fan was on all night and the windows open.

No strenuous plans for the day, a bit of shopping to do and then a flick round with the duster

Good morning everyone up early and shopping done, next job is to make a tin of gingerbread men for the children before the kitchen gets too hot.

The children break up today and I am off to Cornwall with the family tomorrow. It is going to be chaotic with 3 adults 3 children 2 babies and Chloe all in one cottage .
We have stayed at this place before and it has great facilities with 2 pools, farm animals to feed and a play barn and the beach not far away.
I will have my iPad with me so hope to keep up with everything here.

Good morning all.
It's getting hot outside . 28deg. Fish pie for lunch and bread rising. Curtains pulled and fan on. We are sorting through old photos and films taken of weddings etc on cds.
