Help!

Is anyone else having problems accessing the Help Section? When I try to access it, there are no threads showing just the page header and a search box which refuses to let me search. Nor can I post there.

Across the middle of the page are the words:

You must be logged in to see threads in this section.


Even though I'm logged in and can access the other private threads. Is this a new feature or am I missing something?

if you have posted there before it will show your posts, you can't see anyone else's

If you click on Forum questions/Feedback or Contact Staff you will be able to start a new thread, but only you and Admin will be able to see it. These threads are not open to the forum for discussion.

I can see the help section Ok but there are only a few threads there. Have the old threads been culled?

Hi Admin made the 'Forum Questions/Feedback' and 'Contact Staff' viewable only to the poster and Staff a while ago.
Admin can also be contacted by Personal Message,

Only you and staff can see them. Not to worry. I know I did at first

I don't go into the help section very often but I suppose that make sense.

I am not sure why you are not 'logged in' though' rainmaker.

LD the message in that section says...

and that applies to other sections too like 'Members '.
Some sections in which members post can be seen without logging on.


ETA this thread will be moved to the 'Forum Question' section shortly in line with the ruling that matters relating to the running of the site should be posted in the 'Staff' sections.
