Knightsbridge Hotel Fire

There is a massive fire at an upmarket hotel in Knightsbridge. I hope no one has been hurt.

I also hope it is accidental and not a deliberate act of arson as payback for the tower block tragedy.

That is awful, I like that hotel. I am so behind on the news today.
I think no-one was hurt, thank goodness.

When I was a mobile engineer years ago, I looked after much of the facilities in that hotel. Back then it was called "The Hyde Park Hotel" and owned by the Forte group. I looked after it for maybe 10 years or so.

I dare say the fire was probably electrical & to do with the refurb.
