I'm pleased to report that Eileen's test yesterday went very well - Christopher took her home about 6.45 pm (11.45pm UK). Eileen was going try to eat something and then go to bed after a very stressful day.

I'm so pleased and relieved yesterday is over for you, Eileen ...... you did well gal!

Have a good rest now, recharge your batteries and we'll look forward to seeing you when you are ready.

Thanks, Mags, for posting, and all for your kind thoughts and responses.The good news is that the heart condition is not as serious as originally thought, mild, I have no arterial plaque and an cleared for the op.

The procedure wasn't bad, you are semi-sedated so not painful' however the recovery period is very tiring and tedious. I was discharged at 6 pm. home for a quick bite to eat then to bed at 7 pm and slept till almost 9 am this morning; more stressed than I thought I was. The incision is quite painful today, am doing absolutely nothing but sit around in a dressing gown on the computer, and with the paper and crossword.
