Yippee

Hi

I now have heating and hot water.

A completely new Immersion Heater, Sensor and the Heat Pump working.

The Plumber charged £80, I gave him a £20 tip for his kids.

The Sparky charged me nothing ,saying the £100 I gave him before was enough for his time.

The Immersion and Sensor cost me £90, so a winner all round.

In two hours I will be able to have a bath,I will no longer be smelling.

The underfloor heating is already beginning to warm up, the electric heaters are off.

I am a Happy Womble.

That is good news Swimmy although it is so cold now.
Why do these faults occur when the weather is at its worst.

Haha, yes, SP! I somehow imagine swimfeeders taking a bath until the heat disippates and his fingers look like raisins, then roaming around the house without a stitch on, just because.
