Why Do People Put Rings Through Their noses?

Any ideas?

Does anyone on here think it is attractive?
If so, can you explain why?

Don’t give us that old bull!!

I don’t know why! Maybe, they are Hell’s Angels and it’s part of the ritual?
Worse is one through the nipple or ‘you know where’!

Imagine, the pain having it inserted!! Oooh, my legs have gone all funny!!

No for the nose ring and those that go through the lip. Don't mind a discrete nose stud on a woman though.

I can't take someone with a ring through their conk seriously.

It seems to indicate a serious personality disorder.

I don't understand it either. It certainly isn't a turn-on, to me anyway.

It's got to be a 'fashion' thing, hasn't it? Young people with little in the way of personality see their friends doing it and so feel obliged to do the same.

I have seen studs in people’s noses but rarely rings.

It could be for a couple of reasons.
Either it is to pull them along, or, to open them like the cans.

People can do whatever the hell They want with Their own bodies...none of My business....They must think it's attractive and that's all that matters imo.

Fancy kissing someone with a stud in their tongue, would it not get in the way.
