In my younger years I used to get hurt by comments that were meant to be hurtful and it proved to do nothing but make me feel upset and miserable. So I came to realise there are some mean people who think nothing of hurting others and it's probably not personal most of the time, it's just who they are. I've developed a tougher skin as I've gotten older. I don't think it's nice to go around hurting peoples feelings unnecessarily but some people do, that's life.

I do take things to heart on occasions when that happens I tend to take a break. That's not because I'm particularly upset or anything believe me I can stand my corner its just I refuse to get involved with online conflict I don't come here to get in arguments or slagging matches. So I take a break and let others get on with it

It depends on circumstances to me.It can depend on who says something, what they say, and what mood I am in at the time even.
If you am not feeling 100% to start with, you can easily take something to heart that wasn't meant that way at all, and you might have just laughed off any other time.

Yes, I get hurt very easily.....I also get angry very easily...It is hard to balance out, but I think the best way is to take a rest from the computer more. I am on here far too much...
I don't know about anyone else, but I find it very addictive.
It is taking up too much space in my brain......I have to make some adjustments as it is not worth it, to make the internet more important than real time in real life.
