Adobe Elements 18 is scary

I downloaded the free trial of this editing sweet and it scared me. Why?
Well I have been playing with the face alteration features within the program . You can alter every face feature from eyes - mouth- chin- forehead etc and completely transform the face from the original.

I have to question myself do I really want to be able to do this? Not being a portrait photographer for me the answer is NO.
