Morning all.

My internal time zone is well and truly out of sync with the clocks.

I am up, well awake and with a burst of energy.

I am about to start on the garage.

Start being the operative word, it is rammed.

Trying to get a few hours kip before going to watch a football match.

My pal is 44 and plays in a veterans league a,cracking player in his youth and still has it to this day.

80 lengths(every day) of the local baths,weight training 5 times a week and kick boxing 4 times.....no wonder he's fit.

Morning earlybirds, and of course all you stopinbeds later.

Very mild here and forecast dry, so we may have a walk around the garden centre this morning to get some seeds, then maybe have an hour in the garden later having a tidy up.

We're in for major snow here. Just because I live in the great white north doesn't mean we always love it. There's a lot of shovelling coming up this week...

Morning all.

I was up at 6am, but wash, dress and have breakfast first before coming on here.

Dry and very mild outside this morning.

Off to the Care Home this morning to visit the MIL (what fun I have).

Good morning all. Dull but warm here . May get round to cutting some bits off of the holly tree where it is starting to get bits poking out over the public pathway. Have a good day all and a swift recover for those who are suffering.

This stop in bed is still in bed

It's dark and wet out there, not a day for bounding out full of energy, so a slow start to the day for me

No plans, although I'm thinking I shall make a tikka Massala for dinner for a treat instead of the traditional roast

A pub lunch for us and then an afternoon at the local retail park. I'm looking for a TV/DVD combi for the bedroom.
