Do you make a list.....?

...of things to say to your doctor or do you just see how it goes?

I'm seeing my G.P. at 8:30 and there are so many things to mention to her that I don't want to miss anything.

So, for probably the first time, I've made a list of everything that's not right with me and want to mention to her.

Good idea, saves her time and yours.

I can book online and must give them my reason(s) for appt, in only 36 characters (abbreviate some if necessary)

Yes I do, I've already made a list as i'm going to my Doctors at 10.30am this morning.

You have to be quick they only have a limited time with each patient.

No point in making lists for our GP practice - you have eactly 10 mins with the doctor and may only discuss two ailments/problems.

I just have a habit of considering all possibilities, it is very debilitating you know.

Although I suffer from health anxiety, I avoid doctors like the plague in case they find something wrong with me!
