Youthquake is what happened to the Scottish Referendum and the massive rise in young support for Jeremy Corbyn. After decades of the young not being interested in politics, this generation realise it is their futures that are at stake - not ours.Re: Oxford Dictionary's Word of the year 2017
Thanks for the definition CeeCee. I have never heard this word, not even once, so I don't know how it can be classed as the word of the year.
