Think.Seems to me this judge has acted deliberately in order to bring the Home Office's failings to public attention.
This is only a judgement, it will be a long long time if ever this piece of shit actually receives a penny.
David Green, of think-tank Civitas, said: “This is a clear case of punishing the Home Office for protecting the public.
“This is perverse and a clear failure of the duty of the courts. It’s not like they have kept him inside for no reason – he is a danger to the public.”
The Home Office said they were now “considering the judgement”, adding “This case does not change the legality of Mr Bah’s status in the UK.”
The Home Office is now "considering the judgement" !!!!!!

No we do not.
A fair and equitable Justice system means justice for all.
My Job, as an Enforcement Officer, was to provide the evidence.
You do so, pass it on, and then the Politics come in, completely wrong.
It is at times very frustrating.
Which is why I have a simple view, which is much criticised at times on here.
Touch my family and I will deal with it if the Legal System cannot.
My daughters word about being sexualy assualted because she is a Lesbian against a bunch of men?
One word against five.
I trust her implicitly, no chance of a Prosecution.
You deal with it, that is what Dads are for.
