We chat away on here and in general, we all get along ok. As in real life, there are certain people we connect with more than others, so the question is this;

Do you ever avoid posting on a thread because your opinion is the opposite to those you would normally agree with or do you have your say regardless?

I think I always say what needs to be said, regardless, but, that is not always correct, for other folks.

I just say what I think regardless... and hope that I've gauged the other person okay and they know that both of us can survive differing opinions and not fall out.

Failing that I have a hair shirt hanging ready in my wardrobe

Good question and I've thought about how I post.

I don't think I change what I say .. or how I say it. I usually reply in 'like' tone. Polite = polite. Snappy = snappy.
I'm more likely to back off, drop out of the thread.
