Are you a leader or a follower?

Do you have natural leadership skills or do you prefer to let other, more forceful and talkative people take charge?

This isn't necessarily a question for those of us who still work but also may apply to everyday life situations.

I'll post my own reply later on☺

I'm a follower, no doubt about it. ... but sometimes have to watch I don't get carried away and overtake my leader.

Re: Are you a leader or a follower?

I am often a leader on things I know a lot about, but I am happy to follow when somebody else knows more. Not much point on being a leader if you are going to look like a fool at the end of the day!

A leader I think because I like to be in charge and have things done my way . Some would say bossy

Re: Are you a leader or a follower?

When it comes to work, I have always been happier as second in command so to speak, sort of leading but not from the front. As for general life, it changes with the situation. If I know what I am talking about I will lead, if not, I will follow.

Re: Are you a leader or a follower?

Was definitely a leader when I was working. Many many times I had a bucket of S... descend on my head because of it.

Now retired, most definitely a follower. No more hassle for moi. Let others get on with it. I'd rather go with the flow.
