The problem is what if you are serving tea to an American...who would never, ever add milk to tea but rather lemon instead....and you have already put milk in the tea...but he or she still very much wants a cup of tea?

And, my gosh, who drinks tea every day? And at the same TIME every day?

I never considered how complex "tea" was .

It wasn't until now that I understand why Americans drink so much coffee .

when growing up, there were a couple of ladies who always said yes to Tea, provided there was no Milk.

I love Tea, but unfortunately I'm a perfectionist and I take so long to make it, it's gone cold by the time I come to drink it......
