Well with housing costing what it does that's hardly surprising, Nathan has no choice really he either studies and works and stays here or will leave his training course with massive debts. He's hoping after he qualifies he might be able to get a place with friends but if prices keep going up I'm not so sure. Jordan only got out because he is in married quarters with the army, they are saving madly trying to save enough to buy a place when he leaves in few years. The three of them had a plan to buy a pub but Nathan's change of direction has put paid to that.
