Alias Grace - Netflix

For those who subscribe to Netflix I'd really recommend this adaptation of Margaret Atwood's novel. Beautifully directed, acted and set. I read the book many years ago, but this really develops it into a work of art. Gripping, surreal, tender, brutal and spine-chilling. Very enjoyable and hope it will be shown on freeview at some point for those who don't have access.

I agree. I've watched the last episode tonight and recommend the series highly. Amazingly I think I preferred it to the book which is most unusual.

Has anyone watched Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale" series.

It has been showing here in Canada with great reviews and awards.

Well worth a watch if you can get it your side of the pond.
