Trouble at t'mill
The site of North Korea's nuclear programme has collapsed killing 200 people, 100 in the original incident and a further 100 rescue workers.
The victims were entombed in underground tunnels as a result of an explosion caused by 100 kiloton hydrogen bomb detonated in September.

Accident or caused by something we know very little about?

Well the bomb test was in September but I suppose a catastrophe of this magnitude couldn't be hidden forever, the truth will out as they say.
