Yes it's a brain Art and I also thought it was covered in spaghetti but it's actually a sponge cake cut to an oval(ish) shape, and what looks like spaghetti is piped icing around it with strawberry jam brushed over the top I thought her piping was very neat too

Oh yes - my daughter made one last year. There is a recipe somewhere. She and the kids ate half and sent the other half to her ex.
