Being that I am 5 hours behind you, broke myself out.Losos: I am always up at 5 a.m., no matter what wee hr. of the morning I crawl into bed. I have a 4 footed alarm clock that gets me up.

When I chucked the day job I decided that never again would my day start before 07:30AM and so far I've stuck to that (With only two exceptions
