Wise words?

I had these words sent to me today by a Yoga friend.
So simple and short, but I liked it.


The one who knows the value of time uses each moment well.

What do you think?

Very deep Mups. There are so many Chinese quotes out there.
Such as - he who cooks carrots and peas in the same pot, very un hygenic
