HiGood Morning All.
Been up in the early hours talking to my son's Consultant via an Interpreter.
My Mandarin is very basic.
I have a Minor Op later, just a Local, and then the Airport run this evening to Liverpool to collect Zac and Derek.
Small Zosia has made me a cake, she is only 4 year old and I will have to eat some online and tell her how good it is.
Zac has warned me, he is her Dad, and he says it can crack teeth.

I have had very painful earache for some weeks now.
It turns out that I have an abscess in my Jawbone joint.
It needs to be lanced, I will be fine afterwards.
The right hand side of my face is so swollen I cannot wear my glasses and is so painful shaving is out of the question.
I do not want a general , a local is fine, it will hurt, but I just want it over with.
I do not like hospitals.

Good morning everyone
a dull but dry morning great for drying the towels. Chloe was up at 4am and sick so I am tired this morning .
I am going to do some cleaning, how I wish the house would stay clean once done. The wind and rain last week made a terrible mess of the windows so they are my first job.
Urgent message from my DIL the twin boys are coming up to 6 months and teething and can I make some teething ginger biscuits
