Can anyone beat this for service?

I went online this morning to order some brake pads for fitting this coming weekend.

Europarts were recommended for both good service and discounts so that tempted me to tryt them.

Front and rear pads(Brembo, very good quality)came to £102 with discount the final price was £64.

I opted for the free delivery which guaranteed delivery before the close of business on Friday.....Delivery would be from their Stockport branch.

Purchase was completed at 11.51.......I receive a call from them at 12.58...."Our driver is outside your house but there's no answer...is there anywhere he can leave your order?"

wow

Europarts are good mate.
Many dealers use them as the norm.

Now if all service from companies was this good Terry.
Us Victor Meldrew types would have nothing to moan about!

HELP!
What would we do with ourselves!

you may have given me an idea, a novelty idea.

A site where cheap rubbish can be bought, the seller knows he'll get complaints and the buyer knows he will complain.

This descends into abuse from both sides.....it's therapy for the serial moanesrs at a very reasonable price.....a lot less than counselling.

Hi

I can't beat that one Tpin.

I did have a weird thing happen this week though.

Monday, I purchased from Ebay, a new meat thermometer, £7.13p including free economy delivery, due Friday.

It arrived Tuesday, delivered by Amazon.

If I had purchased it from Amazon I would have had to pay extra for 1 day delivery.

How does that work then?

With the stuff I get from Amazon I usually opt for free or 4-5 days delivery. I've never had a delivery yet that takes so long - my stuff arrives within two days, a service which you would normally pay a premium for.

Longest I've had to wait is eight days but that order came from China.
