Good morning everyone, that wind seems to have dropped now thank goodness, looks like being a decent day ahead.

My Jeep has got to go in for it's MOT today, so I'm hoping it's not going to lead to too much expense as I don't use it that often. MOT always a worrying time for some reason even if you think it's going to be OK...

The sun has come out here, its a bit cold out though.

Going into Town this morning with Husband, get some money out for the week, over to the Tip, and pop in to see his Brother and Wife.

Morning folks bit on the windy side today and noticeably cooler. Shops are full of Christmas stuff so the sales will start next week

Morning all, and what a lovely one it is. Blue sky and sunshine.
Need to do some sorting out of old receipts. They seem to breed in the folder, then when you're looking for a particular one it's difficult to find.

Barry, I always worry about my car and the MOT. But I don't do many miles in it and it's serviced each year, prior to the MOT, as they are due the same time.

Deffo feeling a tad colder, isn't it?

I'm in need of some gentle exercise so might go to the allotment. My first raised bed needs clearing out a bit more, and moving some strawberry runners to somewhere else.

Good morning everyone a beautiful morning here .
I hope to do some jobs in the garden when it dries up, lots of herbaceous plants to tidy up before it gets to cold and wet to venture into the garden.
There is certainly 'an edge' to the wind today, brrrr time to put some heating on I think and break out the woolly jumpers.

buenas dias all. Another day of sunshine and 26 C temperature. I have a doctor's appointment in a couple of hours, friends will pick me up to take me, then by the time I've had my appointment hopefully the car will be ready to pick up from the garage, so fingers crossed I won't need a lift home.

Good morning all. Not a good start to the day - I have no heating nor hot water. I know that all that is required is for the boiler to be re-pressurised but unfortunately the boiler is in the loft! My son is away on a course and I cannot pull down the loft ladder in order to climb up to do the job. What sort of an idiot puts the boiler in the loft? Answer, my landlord!!!
