walking to health madeley - express to highgate

walking to health madeley - express to highgate 24.09.17

no normal talking
in black and white was my confession
richard did you see my highgate stalking
so privileged mr madeley got my expression.
the papers had pounding
i keep a open mind as of deceit
from highgate to hampstead is a new hounding
expanding poetry equals richard and feet.
you can be my runner
i can focus on MB patrol
highgate and hampstead poetry will be a stunner
my sole intention is richards cholesterol.
down will be the the pressure on blood
i want to prove poetry is not gas
eventually london i will flood
going down first is richards body mass.
the word lets spread
hampstead and highgate get talking
even if my poetry you dread
i can smile knowing your on by walking.

my poem was inspired from reading this article -
http://www.express.co.uk/comment/col...th-weight-loss for those who are unaware of my confession it was all to do with "walking". now all i need to do is get richard on board and my life is going to be allot easier. the question is - did you walk on by or click ?

Re: walking to health madeley - express to highgate

Must admit i like walking , and have just finished 2 walks back to back ,
I thought i would take advantage of the nice weather we are having and i walked the 2 mile round trip to the village centre and back, on my return My son was saying he wanted to go a walk and had tried to phone me , but i left my phone behind .
So my second walk after just enough time to rake the gravel to get rid of unwelcome weeds, took me on another 2 mile walk but on a differant route with son and dog .
I prefer walks in the countryside along green lanes and fields rather than the hard surface of pavements and housing estates..
Ps I clicked
