Do you have a favourite day? If so, is there any particular reason why?

It used to be Friday when I was working ..... two days free!! .... but the days are really about the same now in retirement. If pinned down, I'd say Wednesday, as that's the day we do a fun quiz on Catsey and the day I fix pizza for dinner!

When I had a normal job it used to be ...my day off

When I was working I adored Mondays. I had always loved my job in construction and couldn`t wait to get back to it after the weekend with a brand new week.
Odd thing though, that since the day I retired I have never, even once, wished that I could go back. These days I appreciate any day that I can still feel a pulse!

Sorry Antibrown have to laugh because don't you mean "Every day" rather than "Any day" you wake up???!!!!

Before I retired my favourite day was Friday for obvious reasons, now it's Monday because everyone's gone back to work and it's nice and peaceful.
