Brothers & Sisters?

Do you come from a large or small family?

Or perhaps you were an only child.

Whichever type, did you enjoy or not?

Did you get along with your siblings?

Re: Brothers & Sisters?

I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. When we were young, all we seemed to do was argue and fall out with each other, but as we 'matured' we all got on very well and are a very close family now.

Re: Brothers & Sisters?

One younger sister - younger by 18 months. We used to be very close as children and young adults, but she met and married someone who I thought was a very pompous young man. For his part, I think he regarded me as a bad influence. (I was divorced when she met him and not considered very respectable in his eyes). They both discovered religion big time and we are no longer close. We are now just a phone call every so often to each other. Even though we only live 14 miles away from each other, I haven't seen her for the best part of a year.

Re: Brothers & Sisters?

I am the youngest of 5. 3 boys, 2 girls, with my oldest sibling being 15 yrs older than I (to the day actually) and there is about 3 - 4 years between each of us. My brother closest in age and I fought all the time (but it was always HIS fault! lol) and I was always closest to my sister, 8 years my senior as the older two boys where mostly out on their own by the time I remember them. Since the passing of our parents though, I have to say I've connect with the older two as it was us who did a lot of care for them in later years. Still not close with the one brother, but he's distanced himself from all the sibling really.
