Good Morning All.

A wet and miserable start to the day here and not forecast to improve much.

A trip to the tip and some shopping is in order then back to stripping the room ready for decorating.

I will find a couple of local teenagers to give me a hand.

Good morning all
I think the builders are coming this morning to give my house a final coat of paint. It shouldn't take long - there's only one wall needs doing.

This afternoon I hope to go to a keep fit class - it's called healthy hearts. Just gentle exercise but I enjoy it very much and it's ever so friendly.

Hoping to see family later - just returned from their holiday in Cornwall.

Good morning , so tired today, poor grace wasn't well during the night so very fractured sleep last night. I'm waiting for GP to open to see if I can get her in, I'm not sure what she has but she was in significant tummy pain on her right side, it seems to come in waves. She's asleep now but hot and sweaty, so I might disappear later taking her to the doctors.

Julie, both you and Grace have had some health problems this year, so can't your doctor come out and see her?

If she has a temperature it may be something contagious, so keep your eye on your own temperature..... because chemo often reduces the ability of you immune system.

Thanks yes I am being careful about infection, trouble is what do you do with a child unwell, cuddle them. It's just only thing helps sometimes.

Julie, I hope Grace recovers soon, and that it's not anything to worry about.

Computer class this morning then probably on to Morrisons afterwards for a quick lunch, and I need peas and tomato ketchup.

Good morning everyone, busy here as we have a visitor for lunch and then we are visiting a friend in hospital this afternoon.

Good morning, grey and overcast here in the Midlands.

I plan a quiet day today after a busy weekend with my daughter here visiting.

On Saturday we drove out to a local farm shop and had lunch and a wander around. My mobility is not good so instead of PYO I bought a kilo of beautiful raspberries ready picked for the freezer, plus some meat and cheese. Yesterday we went blackberrying and picked loads in about half an hour, from the local playing field. So she drove back to Essex loaded with fruit and meat. So today I will sort out my freezer and recover from my exertions.
