The antiquated British Justice and there fuddy duddy Judges who live in 'Ivory Towers' need a thorough overhaulAsian and other Sex Offenders should be incarcerated for the whole of their lives.
If they are in their twenties, the present life sentence means that they will be released in their early forties, ready to start doing their evil damage all over again.
They have a cushy life in Prison with access to TV, Computers and education and special food if required
Why can't they be put on an Island for life, similar to Alcatraz surrounded by Shark infested waters?
Also, if you are female and attractive and intelligent, that means you can commit crimes and get away with it according to two recent cases, whereas the poor uneducated women get a prison sentence.
