Damaged a bone at work somehow. Don't remember doing anything though? - it just became very painful and I struggled to walk.

Twink, Quick come here...... Look to the right on the coffee table.....a rare sighting of, three television remote controls!
This is the first time l have ever seen a remote control out of a man's grasp!

Poor you! I'm sorry to hear about your foot, l hope it's not too painful?
I hope you won't have to wear the boot for too long, especially in this hot weather!
