A Heartwarming Story

Hi

Amidst all the doom and gloom, I thought this was lovely.

Wow, that will be a day none of them forget.

What an extra special caring man that bridegroom is to think of that, and arrange such a wonderful surprise for his new wife.

A lovely story.

Re: A Heartwarming Story

A lovely story but..

Triston died unexpectedly in 2015, aged 19.
...having started along the road to healing and the acceptance of the fact I had lost my child, I am not sure I would want an unexpected reminder of his untimely death on my wedding day
I suppose we are all different.

It is a lovely story and I am glad it turned out so well - but aren't donation recipients supposed to be kept confidential? How on earth did the bridegroom find out? I find that worrying.

Different country, different laws.

Maybe they have a system by where they can register if they wish to meet?

That's an interesting viewpoint Meg.
I can understand that too.
