Good morning all.

I was awake bright & early so thought I may as well get up.
I've got a man coming today to start on some jobs Tony can no longer manage - a bit of plastering/wallpapering and a new sliding side door fitted to the garage.

Grandson Josh is asleep in the other room and after breakfast I shall take him to nursery so he's out of the way.

I don't know what to do today - do I stay in with the workman or take myself out somewhere and leave him to it?
I wonder what others do?

Morning Carol and all to follow.

I'm up early, but only briefly. Shall return to bed for another couple of hours. Had my first cup of coffee and first lot of tablets.

Lots of rain fell here yesterday and during the night so no need to visit the allotment (shall wait till tomorrow to do the greenhouse stuff.

I'm up to date with my packing, just the clothes to iron and put away, so could get the ironing board out today. Save time tomorrow.

Stay in Carol, keep an eye on things, much easier to sort any small problems out that way.

In this morning, then hospital in Stoke and new tyres being fitted.

Carol I always stay in when there is workmen about, keep an eye on them.

Its been pouring of rain all night and still drizzle now and my back door is flooded.

Off to do my weekly shopping very soon.

Had a good nights sleep, no calls from Hospital at 3.30am in the morning, but did cry a lot.

Susie it will take a while for it to sink in and you accept she has gone to a better place.

buenas dias all. No weather change, just very hot and sunny. We will be going for a walk round our local market this morning I think, then later today my son will be going shopping for tomorrow's barbeque, which is being held here for a friend's birthday.

Good morning fellow members the garden is looking better after the rain.

My son came for lunch yesterday and stayed all afternoon sorting out a couple of niggles on my laptop and chatting which was nice but I didn't get a lot done and I hope to make up for it today.

Good morning all, it's a much better start here after yesterday's deluge, but the garden was mighty thankful of it.

Not too busy a day here, just a salad from the garden to prepare for lunch including the first of the tomatoes from the greenhouse.

Yes Carol stay in, just in case he needs to check anything with you.

The garden has perked up after yesterday's day of rain and my hibiscus is full of flowers.
