Rekindling old Friendships!
Recently to my surprise I was contacted by a man I knew 5 years ago just as a friend and he reminded me of all the good times we had then.Out of the blue at that time he dropped me without any explanation, so I wondered what his motive was??
Actually I no longer seem to have much in common with him so I thanked him and made a excuse.
But sometimes I see a friend from years past. And, it is just like we were in contact yesterday and it is lovely to see them.
That is a sign of true friendship.

I'm in contact with someone I worked with many years ago. We used to have such fun and when we 'met' up again on the internet, it was almost as if we were continuing the same conversation.His Daughter in law, Angie Petty is running in the 800 meters in about 30 minutes ... BBC 1
(as I said on the 'exercise and fitness' section).

I have a very, very good friend that I went to school with.We don't see each other for a couple of years but when we do it's like we see each other every week....no awkward silence, nothing.
It's a great friendship...one I'm proud to be a part of.

Especially when they still recognize you from when you were years younger.

YesWe've not met up again in real life but there are plenty of pics on FB etc.
We're both fatter (in those days we were like stick insects) and his hair's gone completely white!

I still see my old friends as they were when young, as their personality the same.
