That's looks the same Peony I have, Azure.Have a look at most post in 'gardening' and see what you think.
Yours is a much clearer picture than mine, but I think they are the same, can't remember the name of it though. They smell lovely too don't they.

In my garden which is in a windy area the grow 3 ft tall and the blooms are 6 inches across. Stunning
