Wild, wet and windy here today. Think it's here for the day.


This is "Spotty" (for obvioius reasons), a young goat of mine back in the 90's.

Good morning! It's very wet and windy here, more like October! I had to get a jumper out of storage!

Good morning all. It's wet & windy here too.

I'm hoping to go to my aqua fit class this afternoon and later meeting friends for an early bird meal at 6.00pm.

Mups, we used to have a goat in the 1960's - her name was Daisy. That goat would eat anything- including the sleeves of Tony's shirts that were hanging on the washing line.

Gales and lashing rain here on the north coast of Ireland, so we are probably going to do the Bushmills distillery tour then some shopping and maybe a film this afternoon.

Good morning fellow members a horrid start to the day with torrential rain . Chloe and I got soaked on our walk.

I have hurt my left thumb not sure how , woke up and it is excruciatingly painful I will put some ice on it when I can.

I am going to see the new twins tomorrow and want to do some baking today to take with me. Doing jobs is not going to be easy .

Good morning waiting in for workman today, replace my living room ceiling and part of the soggy wall. Bracing myself for cost of it all.

buenas dias all. You are all making me feel quite guilty now re your wet weather, but here goes, blue sky, sunshine and feeling very warm here.

Nothing overly exciting for me today (I hope), just yet another trip to the ATM and a quick trip to a local supermarket for 301 brandy. The brandy is for the friends who are coming next week, it´s the husband´s favourite and seemingly not to be found in their area in UK, so we always have a bottle in for him.

I hope your ceiling gets fixed Julie, won´t the insurance pay for it?
I also hope your new baby grandchildren are doing well Meg.

We aren't insured ourselves but I'm fighting with the council at the moment that this isn't our responsibility as it was their tenant did it and we don't own walls and fabric of the building.

But I'm getting work done as we can't live like this Nathan had to sleep on floor in my husbands room which isn't great for either of them.
