Putting photos on google maps

Anybody ever put their photos up on google maps .I have 60+ up there at the moment.great fun watching the amount of views on them,strange the difference what you think is a good picture and what other people think just on views alone

Did that several years ago of Wight views, but took them off after a load of flack.

Did it couple of times but apparently others didn't like them so took them down, I'm not sure it's worth bothering with if people are so critical.

I also put a pic of Mrs LDs standing by the Castel Vecchio bridge in Verona. It was there for years although you did have to zoom right in to view it but as you say they were removed.

I had a message from Google this afternoon which said my photos have reached a record number, I wondered what it was talking about until I viewed them myself and saw it was photos we had taken in Spain a couple of weeks ago and the 1,000s of people who had already viewed them.

I don't mind the ones they are showing but would be mortified if all the photos I took where there. Don't even know how it happened.
