Idiot parents leave baby for an hour...

Unbelievable aren't they.They claim it was so they could take another two of their children on a ride? .. and ... The Sun reported that the parents claimed their elder daughter, aged 11, was supposed to be watching the child.
Logic says any caring couple would have delegated one parent to stay with the baby. They were damn lucky there was no perv loitering around who took the opportunity to snatch it.

I'm not sure of the parents occupations and their child wasn't snatched. Had it been, and due to their own negligence and improper supervision at that, I'm sure they would get, and deserve, a great deal more criticism.
I believe Social Services are to visit them.
