I've finally hit my target. Lost 3st in less than 2 months.

I didn't want to tell anyone but I've been fighting the flab for a few years.

out of desperation I tried o e of these machines, bought off ebay for £20.

So now I've lost 3st in only 2 months I'm nearly at my ideal fighting weight..

Poor Tpin. I'm wondering if he hasn't been to hospital at all. I'm wondering if he got stuck on his machine for two months really?

I've heard he rigged one of these up down his garden too - yup, there he is again.
