Question Time

Sorry if there is already a thread about this programme. I searched and couldn't find it, if there is.

I started watching BBC's Question Time today (recorded from yesterday) from Edinburgh.

I realise that the BBC has a distinct left wing bias, but this week's programme was an absolute travesty.

The panelists:

- Ben Wallace MP, Conservative
- Joanna Cherry MP, SNP
- Emily Thornberry MP, Labour
- Marion Somerset-Webb, Financial Times
- David Hayman, Actor
(Sorry if any are misspelt!)

All, with one exception, left-wing leaning.

A predictable 'debate'!

I turned it off.

Re: Question Time

I almost always watch 'Question time' though prefer Any questions on the radio and the following 'Any answers' with its cogent replies from listeners.

Last night's Scottish audience did seem more vocal than most with childish jeering . I am not sure what the actor David Hayman was doing there other than acting with his (I thought) ungentlemanly and out of place guffaws more suited to a punch and Judy show

Not one of the best editions. I do find Merryn Somerset Webb usually gives sensible intelligent replies.

Perhaps chosen because of his humanitarian work

Re: Question Time

I have not noticed the BBC being biased left, quite the opposite in fact.

No. I said all but one. See if you can work out which one is not left wing!
