A mouthful of lies (and chips)

TM stuffed her face with chips whilst on the 'stump' yesterday. When Ed Milliband consumed a bacon sarney two years ago - the press made a meal of the photographs. I wonder why they have ridiculed TM in the same fashion???

I'm not so coarse as to eat chips with my fingers - I have knives and forks for that purpose.

It's obvious Mrs May was offered a cone of chips to sample Cornish chips .... more than likely suggested by the Press just to take a picture for certain people to criticise

Some people are so desperate for a 'story'

I wish press wouldn't do this, personally I don't care what or how they eat, but bringing politics down to this play ground level makes me wonder why anyone bothers to be an MP. We get what we deserve my grandad used to say and tbh I am beginning to see that myself.

...but coarse enough to suggest the Prime Minister is 'stuffing her face' it seems ..

If the Prime Minister was give some chips by a member of the electorate what do you suggest she does with them throw them in the bin then be accused by some left wing critic looking for spiteful remarks to make on the lines that she is too posh to eat chips . May can't win can she.

Also as a diabetic Mrs May needs to eat regularly and that may mean 'on the hoof ' if she has no other choice.
