U.P.S. Parcels

I need an email address for U.P.S.'s head office but have looked online and all i keep finding is customer service which is no good for me as i am sure the message i give would not be delivered to the right people.Any idea on how to find it? Please don't say contact customer service.

Doc when I had a problem with John Lewis earlier this year, after 7 weeks of being given the run around by Customer Services I contacted the CEO directly (a woman) detailing my problem and got a result within the hour

Meg, A similar thing happened to me but with Morphy Richards, so l contacted their CEO directly. The matter was dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction!

Always the best route if you've had bad service and sometimes you'll even get a voucher to spend.
