Good Morning Rosemary and everyone else whop ventures out of bed on this cold morning.
It was the same here with the Frost and ice this morning but when we gat back from shopping it was warmong up slightly.

Been and done the weekly shopping and Tesco's have a bargin in the Whisky dept. You can get 2- 35ml of Glenfiddich for £20 where as a bottle of 27ML Glenfiddich costs £27. Saved myself £21 today.
Have a great day everyone and wrap up well from the cold. Remember three layers of thin clothing are warmer than two layers of thick clothing.

Holy cow it's cold here at 15F, the coldest day of 2010. The snow and rain have stopped but it sure is cold. I'm going to stay put today and just try & stay warm. My apartment sliding door on my balcony is so drafty the blinds move with the door shut. That's never a good sign.

I'm confused AB how much is a milli litre I thought that was about a 'dram' but maybe not.

Anyway I never was a whisky drinker, usually went for the Corvoisier Prices seem to have gone through the roof the last time I bought a bottle of whisky it was about £8

Sorry Losos, for ml read cl, my mistake.
I put it gown to the cold weather and my study not having warmed up enough.

I love Malt Whisky and Brandy, dont care much for wimes and bears they have to much gas in them for my liking.

Brrr..... a cold and frosty morning here as well!

Went into town this morning, the masses of crowds are beginning to form - I hate to think what it will be like in a week or two!

Stay warm and safe folks!

Hygenist and Dentist first thing-just a check up and thankfully don't need any treatment. Then it was off walking round the reservoirs in the sunshine-gloves, hat and big jacket needed-very frosty. Few jobs after dinner, then my friend rang and off we went walking again. Got to make the most of it just in case we get the snow which is forecast for weekend!
