What aren't we going to do today ?

Grace got up and asked me that question, we've had a plan for Easter holiday for ages and not managed to do one thing on the list due to sick dog, or other difficulties.

Teach me not to make plans I can't fulfill

So today we aren't going to Lego land.

But Nathan has afternoon off and he's texted to say he will take her swimming this afternoon if she's ready when he gets home.

Nathan to the rescue, I'll do his favourite for tea my infamous sticky currant buns

You cruel, cruel woman.......I learnt never to break plans with my kids....it always cost me dearly in compensation

I know terrible mum luckily she understands sick doggie has to be most important. She's actually been a great little nurse spooning honey water into side of Betty chihuahuas mouth to keep her hydrated.
