My hotel

Is booked. I`m away to Puglia in September and I`m doing it in style. Flight upgrade as well. Take off is 07.40 and I cannot ask a friend to get up at some silly early hour to take me.

Far better to travel down to Gatwick the day before,give Jane a few quid for the petrol,buy her a meal and relax before the flight.

I just hope this time other group members do not call me a snob if I say no thanks to the optional tours and wander about on my own. I did meet my late wife at an Italian evening class-I only have one GCSE-A*-allora

I can recommend the 'Sofitel' hotel at Gatwick, its right on the 'North' terminal and exceedingly comfortable.

How daft can one get??-I`m already nervous about it. Behind this facade I`m quite shy. The week passes-oh him-he took an upgrade. And he speaks Italian. Bacci tutti xxx
