Help required.

Hi

I am wanting to take some photos of my marine aquarium.

It is 25mm thick acrylic and I cannot get a decent focus on it.

My camera is a Sony cybershot 18.2mp with 30x Zoom.

Any advice would be very welcome.

Don't know if you can still get them but when my husband wanted to take photos of his fish he bought a bit of kit that divers use and was able to put the camera into the tank. I'm sure the Angel fish posed !

Switch off the auto-focus, measure the distance (roughly) and set the lens to that.

Re: Help required.

What about a polarizing filter? I seem to remember it enabled me to photograph my pond fish through the surface of the water.
